1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of peptidess.com (the "Site"), including any products purchased through the Site. The Site and the Peptide Superstore brand are owned and operated by FourTwentyTwo LLC ("FourTwentyTwo LLC," "we," "us," or "our").

By visiting the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Research Use Only Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase products through it.

2. Eligibility and Authorized Use

Our Site is intended for researchers, laboratories, institutions, businesses, and other qualified purchasers obtaining materials for legitimate research and development purposes.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account or placing an order. You also represent that you are authorized to purchase, receive, handle, and use the research materials ordered through the Site.

We reserve the right to decline an account registration or order when eligibility, purchaser information, or intended research use cannot be reasonably verified.

5. Chemical Supplier Status

FourTwentyTwo LLC operates solely as a supplier of research chemicals and materials.

FourTwentyTwo LLC is not a compounding pharmacy or compounding facility under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and is not an outsourcing facility under Section 503B of the Act.

We do not compound, prepare, dispense, or provide prescription medications, nor do we fill prescriptions.

6. No Medical Advice

Information available through peptidess.com—including product descriptions, Certificates of Analysis, research references, FAQs, educational materials, and other Site content—is provided for informational and research purposes only.

Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as medical, clinical, veterinary, or other professional healthcare advice. We do not provide recommendations concerning diagnosis, treatment, dosing, administration, or therapeutic use.

For questions concerning your health or medical care, consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

7. No Disease Claims

Products and information available through peptidess.com are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

8. Purchaser Responsibilities

By placing an order, you represent and agree that:

We make available product information, lot information, and analytical testing documentation for applicable products.

Certificates of Analysis and other analytical results apply specifically to the lot identified in the documentation. Test results describe the material tested and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a product will perform in any particular research application.

Product photographs are provided for reference. Labels, packaging, closures, and other presentation details may vary between lots.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information. However, errors may occasionally occur, and we reserve the right to correct them at any time.

10. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order through peptidess.com constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is not considered finally accepted until it has been reviewed and accepted by us.

We reserve the right to verify, limit, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including when:

• Purchaser information cannot be verified.
• Intended research use cannot be reasonably established.
• A pricing, inventory, or listing error has occurred.
• Requested quantities raise legitimate compliance concerns.
• Processing the order would conflict with applicable law or these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount for the cancelled item or order will be refunded.

11. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on peptidess.com are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices, promotions, volume discounts, and other offers may change without notice. Any applicable pricing or promotion will be determined by the terms displayed at the time the qualifying order is placed.

Payment is generally required at checkout unless separate payment terms have been approved for a qualifying account.

Applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or similar charges are the purchaser's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, processing information, packaging practices, and other delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Delivery dates and transit times provided by us or shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, severe weather, natural events, incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, or other circumstances reasonably outside our control.

13. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, replacements, refunds, and order cancellations are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Eligible requests must generally be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Unused and unopened products that meet our return requirements may qualify for a return or exchange. Because of safety, integrity, and quality-control considerations, opened or used research materials generally cannot be physically returned.

If you believe the material you received does not correspond with the published documentation for its lot, contact our support team so the matter can be reviewed under our applicable policy.

14. Product Availability

All products are offered subject to availability.

Inventory may be associated with specific lots, and quantities may be limited. Products or individual lots may sell out, be withdrawn, or be discontinued at any time.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may cancel the affected portion of the order and issue an applicable refund.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

Without prior written permission, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, commercially exploit, scrape, frame, or create derivative works from Site content or improperly use our trademarks, branding, or other intellectual property.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Our decision not to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce that provision in the future.

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Research Use Only Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy, constitute the agreement between you and FourTwentyTwo LLC concerning your use of peptidess.com and purchases made through the Site.

These policies supersede prior understandings or representations concerning the same subject matter.
