We know you want your order processed quickly and delivered safely. Fully paid orders are typically prepared and shipped within one business day from our U.S.-based fulfillment center. Tracking is provided so you can follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.
Order Processing
Once your order has been received and payment is complete, we typically process and ship it within one business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude federal and postal holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping & Tracking
Standard orders are shipped from our U.S.-based fulfillment center through USPS.
Once your shipping label has been created, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to begin showing updates.
Expedited shipping options may also be available during checkout for an additional fee.
Secure & Discreet Packaging
Every order is carefully packed for secure transit and shipped in plain, unbranded outer packaging.
The exterior of the package does not identify the contents or unnecessarily display information about the products inside.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries where the importation of research-use materials is permitted.
International customers are responsible for understanding the laws and import requirements that apply in their destination country. Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please keep in mind that customs processing can sometimes cause delays that are outside our control.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your tracking information has not shown movement for more than three business days, contact our support team with your order number.
We'll review the tracking information and, when appropriate, work with the carrier to investigate the shipment. If a package is confirmed lost or another covered shipping issue occurs, we'll work with you on the appropriate resolution under our applicable policies.
Receiving & Storing Your Order
Research compounds should be handled and stored according to the information provided for the applicable product or lot.
For specific storage requirements, refer to the product documentation and corresponding Certificate of Analysis (COA) when available. Always follow appropriate laboratory handling and storage procedures.
